The space
You are not going to get any closer to the beach. Directly oceanfront access from the fenced-in yard. Great sunset views in front of the sun deck or the covered large porch. Feel the breeze and relax on the 4 rocking chairs, lounge and tan on your private deck, and enjoy an outdoor dinner on the picnic table. Take a 5 min walk to the restaurants, shops, or grocery store. Fully fenced-in yard great for kids or Pets

Inside is fresh and airy with expansive ocean views from the kitchen, dining, and family room. The Family room has HDTV, Netflix, and FAST WIFI for everyone. The dining room seats 6 or use the bar stools around the fully equipped kitchen. New Refrigerator with Dual ice maker, and plenty of cabinets and utilities. The front 2 bedrooms have Sliding glass doors that open to oceanfront views. All 3 bedrooms have HDTVs, one King bed and full-size Washer and Dryer.

*There is 1 pet limit of up to 100 lbs.
