The space
TThe rooftop has shaded seating, a sun lounging area, modern bathrooms, and showers on the sky deck surrounded by palm trees. The Park’s location is right in the heart of the Romantic Zone, with no hills to climb! Just a short block away from Los Muertos beach and the Malecon, you’ll find the best restaurants, shops, nightlife, art galleries, and even a grocery store right next door.

Penthouse # 605 has a high ceiling with a breathtaking view of the ocean right on your balcony. The living area has comfortable seating with a multi-slider door that opens up to let in the breeze and enjoy the view. We have high-speed Wi-Fi for work and live English TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals for the whole family. The two bedrooms are separate for privacy with a TV for everyone.

Cancellation Policy:

- If you cancel at least 60 days before check-in, you’ll get a full refund.
- If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, you’ll get a 50% refund.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, you won’t get a refund.
