The space
Welcome to “The boys of summer rental” at Beach Residency! Enjoy a hassle-free stay with no Airbnb service fee and electricity included. This 2022 newly renovated condo boasts 2400 sq ft of living space on two levels, complete with your own private rooftop terrace.

The first level features a cozy living room with a TV and a slider that opens to a balcony overlooking the ocean and pool. A fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water, and an ice maker, is also available. The dining table comfortably seats eight, complete with all the utensils for a memorable dinner party. There’s also a king-sized bedroom on this floor.

The second floor has a spacious family room with a 65” TV and high-speed internet that covers the entire condo and terrace. There are two bedrooms on this level, both with en-suite bathrooms.

The third level, a whopping 1000 sq ft, offers an incredible unobstructed view of the ocean and palm trees. An outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, heated jetted hot tub, outdoor day bed, outdoor kitchen, and a gas grill are all available for your enjoyment.

Our property manager can arrange private transportation from/to the airport, massages, tours, car rentals, and any other special requests to make your vacation truly unforgettable.

Just a heads up, this unit is located on the third floor without an elevator. Our friendly security person will happily take your luggage up and down for you.

If you’re looking for more space, we also have two other bedrooms in the same building available for additional guests.
